At Site 85 The Strand, Northam Caravan Park we have for sale a caravan housed inside a Colorbond annex type enclosure.

It’s a Coromal brand, Mirage Series, Capri 660 model manufactured 2003. The length of the van is not shown on its compliance badge but if I took a stab-in-the-dark I’d guess it to be a 22 footer.

Like most vans, there’s the kitchen/meals section and the bedroom section with a built-in shower/toilet recess. It’s air conditioned and includes a microwave oven in addition to the gas stove. It appears to be in very good, comfortable order.

The caravan is parked inside a near new, steel framed, Colorbond clad enclosure with some clear Alsynite sheeting for natural light. The earth floor is brick paved and a section of dado walling divides the living side of the enclosure from the vehicle bay.

Any buyer of the van and its enclosure would have the right to deconstruct the enclosure and take the chattels away from the site or enter into a site lease agreement with the park owner.

The park is less than 3km to Northam’s main street and about 2km to the construction site of Northam’s new road train assembly hub at the intersection of Yilgarn Avenue and Great Eastern Highway.
